Staff Management System
The Sport Staff Management System (SIGE – ‘Sistema Integrado de Gestão de Equipes’) is the support module for the organization to manage the workforce team involved in the event (volunteers, employees, contractors, etc.). With it, is possible to control all the information of each participant, establishing criteria for making any decision.
SIGE also has a module for planning and the management of jobtitles and work positions. Based on the participant’s data and based on the characteristics of each job positions, the system can automatically assign the most appropriate person to each position, considering the specific needs of each functional area, previously defined by the organization. It is also possible to create and manage all the commitments of each member of the workforce, such as trainings, interviews, tests and any other appointment that you wish to assign to any staff member.
Our SIGE is supported by a robust communication module, through which, it is possible to manage the strategy of contact with the staff, creating and managing automatic and on-demand notifications by email, whatsapp, by the web portal and by the mobile app, with full control of delivery.
