The scheduling and rostering is a module of our platform for configuring and maintaining the activities schedules of each functional area and the designation of each staff member for the shifts of his job positions during the event.

This module reduces the complexity and time in the allocation of staff to their work shifts, as it works considering the restrictions and personal preferences of each person, previously informed on the registration form.

This module can also be “selfmanageable”, such as a system of choosing ‘airplane seats’. Once the schedule plan is published by the backoffice, each staff member can choose the shift of their preference.
