The Rewards Program of our platform was created to provide to the organization of the event, a way to reward volunteers for the goals achieved during their journey at the event. The platform allows you to set scores for each goal and define rewards for different point balances.

Below, some features of this module:

• It allows to establish goals during the workforce journey and assign scores for each goal (making commitments, conclusion of training, acceptance of offer positions, self-assignment of the shift plan, etc.).
• The volunteer manages his balance of points through the Portal and through the App, as well as the redeem.
• The rewards are delivered by automatic notifications, using the communications module.
• The creation of the rewards are made by the organization of the event.
